General Yaron Rosen (Ret.) served as an Air Force pilot, recently completing over 32 years of distinguished service in the IDF. In his last position in the IDF, General Rosen served as Chief of the IDF Cyber Staff, the lead architect of all cyber activities in the IDF – leading the IDFs' Cyber Transformation Project, responsible for force buildup and operational requirements, operational plans and human resource development, working within an international network of practitioners, strategists, and thought leaders, both at governments and industry circles.
Currently General Rosen is the CEO of Toka, a Cyber Capacity Building Company for nations. The company’s mission is to build national level Cyber intelligence, operational capabilities, process and cyber production capabilities for government, security and law-enforcement agencies - to protect from enemies, terror, crime, to save lives and to defend the national digital landscape. The company offers next generation Cyber Intelligence products and strategic level Cyber Designer Services. The company’s investors include – Andreessen-Horowitz (a16z), Dell Capital, Entrée’ Capital and Launch Capital.
General Rosen holds a master’s degree in strategic studies from USAF University and a B.Sc. in economics from Bar-Ilan University, Magna Cum-Laude.
