Gilad Majerowicz is a partner at Herzog, Fox & Neeman Law offices (HFN) and Head of the firm’s Japan Practice. Gilad also serves as Vice Chairman of the Israel Japan Chamber of Commerce and member of the Management Committee.
Gilad regularly advises Japanese corporations on M&A and investment transactions with Israeli companies, establishment of innovation centers and other local offices in Israel, and other legal matters related to trade and conduct of business in Israel.
Gilad's practice focuses mainly on business law, information technology, and related commercial transactions in a broad range of industries, including ICT, Internet & new media, cybersecurity, and medical technologies.
Gilad's clients include leading international corporations, Israeli companies with global activity, and startup companies in various fields.
Prior to joining HFN, Gilad worked for several years in New York in the Technology Transactions Group of a reputable international law firm, where he represented technology companies and financial institutions in technology transactions. Gilad also served as an in-house counsel for an NY-based telecommunication company, where he counseled the company’s business units in connection with their day-to-day operations and business development initiatives.
Gilad holds an LL.M. degree from the New York University School of Law, and he is a member of the NY Bar and Israeli Bar associations.
