Rahav Shalom-Revivo is the Head of Financial-Cyber Strategy, Innovation, and International Engagements at the Israeli Ministry of Finance. She established and manages the Ministry’s Financial-Cyber Innovation and International Engagements unit.
Shalom-Revivo leads international financial-cyber relationship activities with foreign governments, regulators, and financial institutions. She develops and directs international financial-cyber simulations and exercises, including Collective Strength, a 2021 simulation involving 13 finance ministries and global financial organizations. The exercise focused on the financial impacts of a major cyberattack on the international financial ecosystem.
Shalom-Revivo is also the founder of the Ministry of Finance’s Fintech-Cyber Innovation Lab program—the first global initiative to leverage governmental assets and data to support fintech and cyber startups through an open innovation platform.
She founded and leads the Fintech Ladies IL community and serves on the national committee to promote women in science and technology industries. In 2019, Shalom-Revivo was named one of the Top 100 Women in the Fintech industry by Lattice80.
