Mr. Keidar is a chairman of AISAN INFORMATION SYSTEM CO., LTD., Japanese
system integrator which has over 100 engineers and introduces Israeli and other advanced technologies to the Japanese market in the fields of cyber technology, defense, AI, and fintech., since 2022.
Mr. Keidar is one of the leading investment banking personalities between Israel and Japan. Between 1995 and 2021, he has solely arranged and led direct investments and M&A between Japanese companies and Israeli companies, and Israel focused venture capital funds over $1 billion. The latest investment was Nanox (Nasdaq: NNOX). Mr. Keidar is a venture partner in Vertex Venture Capital since 2000. Vertex is one of the leading Israel venture capitals with more than 20 Japanese investors including Hitachi, Fujitsu, Murata, NTT, Mizuho Financial Group, etc.
Mr. Keidar is the founder and the president of Bridge Capital Management (BCM) since 2005, and he was the active Chairman of Pegasus Technologies and led the first M&A between China and Israel (www.yifangdigital.com).
Mr.Keidar has also successfully created new companies in Japan from scratch such as IGS technology, Dental Medical technology and service (sold to Japan medical corporation in 2011), MVPen technology (www.mvpen.co.jp), AVA trade Japan(www.avatrade.co.jp), Smart Heart Japan medical device company (sold to
Winsun), EZ Invest Securities (sold in 2019) and MediGate Digital Health K.K.
Mr. Keidar, born 1966, is an Israeli national who holds a BA in Asian Studies & Business Administration and an MBA from the Hebrew University, Israel. He also attended Keio University, Japan, as a research student and lived in Japan for more than 20 years.
