Lisa Landau is the CEO and Co-Founder of ThreatLight, a global cybersecurity company focused on closing the gap between detection and response — combining expert-led operations with AI-driven technology to protect business-critical assets.
With nearly 20 years of global experience, Lisa is known for her transformational leadership, deep regional expertise, and practitioner-led approach to building scalable security programs. Based in Tokyo since 2013, she has led teams across Japan, Asia, North America, and Europe, and actively mentors emerging security talent.
Her previous roles include serving as Global EVP of Customer and Security Services Strategy at Cybereason, where she built and scaled Incident Response, Advisory, and SOC capabilities, and led global customer operations. She was also a founding member of Cybereason Japan, establishing its post-sales and services organization.
Lisa served in the Intelligence Directorate of the Israel Defense Forces and sits on the advisory board of the International Security Industry Council (ISIC) Japan. She is the 2025 Cybersecurity Woman of the Year – Leader of the Year and one of the Most Inspiring Women in Cyber 2025.
