In his previous roles, Micha Weis served in various positions within the Israeli government’s cybersecurity sector. He also held the position of CISO at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank. Currently, Weis leads the Financial-Cyber activities at the Israeli Ministry of Finance, focusing on cybersecurity in the finance sector, fintech, innovation, the National Cyber and Finance Continuity Center, supply chain guidance, the Financial Cyber Community, and methods for sharing cyber threat information. He also develops methodologies to measure and assess cyber risks at the sectoral, national, and international levels.
