Esti Peshin is the Vice President and General Manager of the Cyber Division at Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd. In early 2017, under her leadership, IAI’s cyber activity expanded from a directorate to a full division.
From 2017 to 2019, she served as the Director General (pro bono) of the Israeli Hi-Tech Caucus at the Knesset, Israel’s Parliament. Prior to these roles, Peshin was Managing Partner at ENP Solutions Ltd., a strategic management consulting firm; Partner at Destino Ventures LLC, a private equity firm; and Partner at Hope Ventures Ltd., a distributor and business development firm.
Previously, she was CEO of Waterfall Security Solutions, a provider of unidirectional security gateways for homeland security and mission-critical installations. Before that, she served as an Account Director in the Lawful Interception division of Verint Systems, Inc.
Peshin spent 11 years in the Israeli Defense Forces, serving in an elite technology unit where she held the role of Deputy Director.
In addition to her professional career, Peshin is a general aviation and ULM/LSA (Light Sport Aircraft) pilot.
