Alla Kantar Levy heads the Finance Dept. at Israel's National Digital Agency, leading, initiating and promoting financial reforms and digital latitude processes in the public sector, jointly with the various government ministries and, among others, with the Ministry of Finance, the Capital Market Authority, the Tax Authority, the Securities Authority and the Bank of Israel.
Performs characterization of processes that require digital transformation, while identifying advanced digital technologies that can be applied in government ministries to improve services to the citizen. Responsible for, among other things, formulating and designing digital platforms that will be part of future financial regulation, formulating work plans, collecting, processing and analyzing data from various sources, conducting comparative research, creating partnerships in the private sector and more.
Alla brings over 20 years of experience in a variety of managerial and professional roles in banking and the capital markets. Among other things, she served as CEO of Financial Assets Management Company of one of the leading banks in Israel and as an external director in companies in the capital market. She holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University Business School.
