Sharat brings nearly 20 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, threat detection, and observability. As Vice President of Sales Engineering and Security Architecture for Asia Pacific & Japan at Radware, Sharat leads a regional team that partners with enterprises and telcos to strengthen cyber defenses across on-premises, multi-cloud, and hybrid environments. Sharat holds a Master’s in Telecommunications and Software Engineering, and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering. A member of the SANS/GIAC Advisory Board, Sharat also holds several industry certifications including CISSP, CRTO, CISM, CRISC, CCSK, CDPSE, and GCIH.
